Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully place the instrument in its original protective packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
